BOOKING TERMS:

To make a booking please call Dianne on 0030 69843 76779 or email Dianne at info@pamporovo-skiing.com. We will then confirm date availability. When your booking has been made we will require a booking deposit of 25% deposit together with your completed booking form within 7 days in order to secure your booking. Please print the form and complete with all the details of your party (and ages if under 16 years of age).

Payment & address details will be provided at the time of booking. If you would prefer to pay by internet banking transfer we will be happy to provide account details by email on request.

The balance will be payable no less than 8 weeks before occupancy. Booking fees and payments are not refundable and we strongly suggest you take out travel insurance to cover cancellation charges.

If the highly unlikely event of us having to cancel your booking for any reason we will refund your deposit or payment in full and help you secure alternative accommodation within the Hotel or within the resort as soon as possible.

FLIGHTS:

Sofia is the main airport and is situated 150 miles from the resort.

Flights are available in the ski season via amongt others: Easyjet www.easyjet.com  from £130 return,  Wizzair  www.wizzair.com  from under £160.00, Czech Airllines (www.czechairlines.co.uk) from £200 and British Airways   www.britishairways.com

Flights to Plovdiv are also available via charted airlines - book Thomson Airways through Balkan Holidays from £200 return. Plovdiv is the nearest airport but there are no sceduled flights here at the present time.

CAR HIRE:

If you are flying Easyjet you ban book Europecar on line with your flights. A small car costs £125 per week.

Try www.economycarrentals.com who have cars from £125 per week. Most car hire companies have offices at Sofia Airport and you should be able to look around and obtain a good deal before your arrival.

TRANSFERS:

Contact ourselves or Interski Pamporovo who will be able to arrange transfers for you. One way costs approx: E90 for upto 4 people. We will confirm prices when you enquire.
