It has a good-sized hallway with cupboard space for shoes etc, a large comfortable sitting room with two sofa beds, coffee table, side board and TV. There is a well-furnished kitchen complete with oven, hob, fridge, extractor fan, kettle etc and space for a dining table to seat six.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The apartment was completed in late in 2007 and, due to delays in Bulgaria with conveyancing, was only used twice last season. It is therefore effectively brand new for the 2008/09 winter season.

 

The apartment was built as part of a major extension and refurbishment programme at the Snejhanka Hotel which is situated towards the top end of the village resort and with easy access to the centre of the village.

 

 

 

 

There is one double bedroom with dressing table and large wardrobes and a further twin bedroom also with dressing table and large  wardrobes. A balcony runs the length of the sitting room to the double bedroom and is accessed from both rooms. It has lovely view from the back of the hotel overlooking the mountains.

 

 

 

 

The apartment is situated on the 6th floor and is accessed via the lift or stairs.

 

There is a daily maid service.

 

Smoking is NOT PERMITTED in the apartment. Smoking can take place on the balcony ONLY. The hotel does not have a “no smoking policy” as Bulgaria has not yet joined the EEC but there is a designated no smoking area just off the main lounge and bar area.
